1. Cancellation Policy:
– Anytime after reservation – cancellation will incur 10% of the total room tariff (Admin charges).
– Cancellations made before 1 week prior to check-in date will incur 20% of the total room tariff
– Cancellation made within 48 hrs will incur 30% of the total room tariff
– No show OR last minute cancellation within 24 hrs or Check out earlier than total booked night – NO REFUND
2. Refund Process:
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation request is received and approved.
– Refunds will be issued through convenient mode of transaction.
3. Group Bookings and Special Packages:
– Group bookings and reservations made under special packages or promotional rates may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
4. Modification or Cancellation by Sunvalley Homestay:
– Sunvalley Homestay reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to renovations, safety concerns, or property damage. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative accommodations or a full refund.
